2. Delivery & Shipping

  • Custom Design Services: Delivery timelines vary by project and are communicated clearly at project initiation.
  • Digital Downloads: These are delivered immediately upon successful payment or within 1–12 hours via email.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your files as expected, please contact us at care@taajirconnect.in for resolution.

3. Refund Policy

  • Design Services: Once work has begun, refunds are not applicable. We do offer revisions within the agreed scope.
  • Digital Products: Due to their downloadable nature, digital items are non-refundable.
  • Duplicate Payments: If charged twice for the same item or service, a refund will be issued after verification.
